- *Member = SPBI member in good standing with membership fees OR member of other societies affiliated to FEPS

- ***Postdocs are required to upload a document confirming the year of completion of their PhD.
Entitlements
Full conference registration: Access to all scientific sessions and workshops, coffee breaks and lunches, conference materials and access to the Welcome reception.
Conference dinner is not included in the registration fee and needs to be purchased separately.
Invitation letter
Participants who require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at info@codan-consulting.com. Please note that official letter of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their fees refunded as follows:
Written cancellation must be forwarded to the FEPS 2027 Congress Secretariat (info@codan-consulting.com)
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Cancellations received until 31 July 2027 will be refunded deducting administration costs of €50.
From 1 August 2027, registration fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be granted in case of no show.
If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
